We Have Very Few Complaints
As you know, it’s impossible to please all people all of the time, especially when you work in collections! So, we are proud of how few complaints the BBB has received about MCA. Generally speaking, collection agencies tend to receive a large number of complaints. Therefore, we’re understandably glad that our clients like our services and don’t find reason to complain about our methods. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service along with delivering great recovery rates.
We Follow Laws & Regulations
Here at MCA Collection Agency, we don’t believe in “bending” the rules to accomplish our goals. We adhere to all laws and regulations governing our operation. While we aggressively pursue payment from delinquent accounts, we don’t engage in any unlawful or questionable methods to do so.
We Don’t Harass Debtors
Some collection agencies don’t actively engage in any unlawful methods, but they harass the debtors they are trying to collect from. We understand that harassing people makes us look bad and doesn’t actually facilitate receiving payment. We’ve found that our practice of non-harassment goes a long way toward keeping those complaints to a minimum.
We’ve Been In Business Since 1950
One of the things the BBB looks at is how long a company has been in business. Yes, it’s helped us receive a higher grade, but there are a lot of other benefits of having been in business as long as we have. We have long term clients as well as long term employees. In fact, most of our clients have been doing business with MCA for over 10 years and several for over 20 years. We find that showing loyalty to our clients often leads to them being loyal to us. Additionally, we’ve had a long time to establish our reputation as an ethical, honest business interested in building long term relationships with the companies we do business with.
