Just because your mentor or boss always did it THIS way doesn’t mean you have to do it THIS way.   There are always multiple ways to do any task.  Find the most efficient one as long as it doesn’t compromise your brand promise.

Consider upgrading your tools.  Don’t be a dinosaur be on the cutting edge of technology and systems.  Your company will benefit while saving money and manpower.
