Learn how to fix these 3 types of burnout.
Have you ever been burned out on life, job, relationships, etc.?
It is natural for our energy to fluctuate depending on the day. The difference can be in burnout.
Let’s look at the different kinds of burnout and strategies for dealing with them. Research has discovered at least 3 distinct subtypes of burnout.  The one thing they all have in common is they can all leave you drained and feeling hopeless. Pursuing things, you thoroughly enjoy is the best way to overcome these dark feelings. While you search for deeper meaning and fulfillment this can help your days feel less taxing. This is the time to push yourself and keep yourself busy to have success and not get burnout.
Set SMART goals
- Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
- Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
- Achievable (agreed, attainable).
- Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
- Time-bound (time-based, time-limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).
Under achievable make sure you have the capacity before setting your goal.  Think about the time commitment you will need for each task and learn how to say NO to things that fuel your joy tank. Project what you will need before you need them and be prepared.
Focus on Solutions to get Results
What you’re thinking maybe accurate but do not voice it in a complaining manner. Chronic complaining leads to burnout. Consider other solutions to get the results you are looking for when faced with challenges.
Remember your accomplishments.
Create a WIN list. This is a list of your significant achievements along with their importance. What makes them stand out as a win?
Reminisce the time you negotiated the best contract for your company or hired a top-performing sales agent.
Work on balancing your personal life. Keeping excessive hours at the office could be a sign that you are burnout and you’re trying to compensate for other aspects of your life.
Get involved with a church or do meditation to strengthen your relationships. Start a new hobby.  Are you trying to cope with being bored? People experiencing this type of burnout also tend to avoid difficult issues and confrontations.
Volunteering is the perfect form of distraction from burnout. Especially if you have a demanding assignment.
Learn something new as that will shift your mindset.
This is the best time to look on the bright side finding the positive qualities of the people and events you encounter daily. Remind yourself of all the wonderful things you have accomplished and be grateful.
Socialize more often. It is not good to be alone. You can find stimulation and purpose, even if your job consists of routine tasks. Concentrate on what you can do to help others.
Offer compliments and be kind.
Coping with Exhaustion:
If you have worthy goals but you are always exhausted and find it difficult to achieve them, this could describe you. Ask yourself do you lose motivation when you encounter challenges and stress.
Be sure to plan. Take the long view when you’re starting a project. Picture the typical obstacles that you’ll likely meet along the way and be prepared to address them. Figure out who you can contact for expert advice or where you can locate additional financing.
Develop relaxation techniques. Stress is part of most jobs, but it is how you and your body respond to stress that can affect your burnout. Do things that help you relax. Listen to instrumental music, pet your dog, or paint.
Renew your motivation. Give yourself periodic reminders of why your work is important to you and important for others. You may discover multiple sources of gratification, including supporting your family and contributing to your community. Before you consider handing in your resignation, spot your personal brand of burnout and overcome it. Taking constructive action will make your job less stressful and more satisfying.
